Search five databases the way you search one.

PubMed, Europe PMC, Crossref, OpenAlex and DOAJ, queried together across 320M+ papers. One record per paper however many of them list it, and Novaralis finds the free copy when there is one.

We say 320M+ papers rather than 612M because these overlap heavily: OpenAlex already contains most of Crossref, and Europe PMC contains all of PubMed. Adding them together would give a number no librarian would let stand.

One table, built from the papers you saved

The assistant reads each paper and returns a row: design, population, sample size, what was compared, what was found. It also screens them — include, maybe, exclude — and says why in one line.

Every cell comes from the paper itself. A dash means the abstract did not say, not that the study found nothing, and the table tells you so. Exports to CSV.

A Novaralis evidence table for four sepsis papers. Columns for relevance, paper, design, population, sample size, intervention versus comparator, and key finding. One paper is marked Include, one Maybe, two Exclude, each with a one-line reason. The paper with no abstract shows dashes and a note reading no abstract available.

Everything lands in a project

Save a paper and it goes where it belongs, with the citation already formatted. A project holds the articles, the citations, a document and an outline — and you can share the whole thing with a co-author or the lab.

The Novaralis projects screen showing nine research projects, from Candida auris surveillance to antibiotic stewardship in the ICU and C. difficile recurrence. Each card carries a one-line description, an article count ranging from two to twelve, and when it was last worked on. The header reads nine projects, fifty-seven articles saved total.

And it does not have to be only yours

Share a project with a co-author or the whole lab, as editors or as viewers. When someone adds papers to it, you hear about it on your dashboard — without anyone having to send an email about it.

Comments and live co-editing are not built yet. What is here is sharing, roles, and being told when the work moves.
